I’m watching the opening ceremonies to the winter Olympics right now and it felt appropriate for me to mention that the Pop World Cup also kicked off this week.

This is my first year participating and I’m fortunate to manage a country that has produced so much great pop music (Australia). I’ll update this further as the competition goes on, but for right now, I’m in Group D, competing against Germany, Ghana and Serbia (in that order).
